Osadho offers guided audio sessions, music, talks, coaching, courses, retreats and related wellbeing content. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use Osadho.

You agree to use Osadho only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure. Give accurate information and keep it up to date. Tell us promptly at web.osadho@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Content on Osadho is for general wellbeing and educational purposes only. It is not medical, psychological or other professional advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional about any health condition, and do not disregard professional advice because of something on Osadho. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.

If you are approved as a guide or author, you may upload content. You confirm that you own or have the rights to everything you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break the law.

You keep ownership of your content, and you grant Osadho a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for example, for format and streaming), display and distribute it in connection with operating and promoting Osadho. We may review, decline or remove content at our discretion.

• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, hateful, misleading or infringing content.
• Do not copy, download, redistribute or resell Osadho content except as the service allows.
• Do not attempt to access other accounts or our systems without permission, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use automated means to scrape or collect data from Osadho.

Some services may be paid. Prices are shown before you pay, and payments are processed by Razorpay. Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchases.

Osadho, its design and its content (other than content you upload) are owned by Osadho or its licensors and protected by law. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them for your own non-commercial use through the service.

You may stop using Osadho and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons.

Osadho is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Osadho will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to Osadho is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using Osadho after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
